PRELIMINARY BRIEFING
Our first aim is to connect with the customer and his project. For this reason, the inspection starts with a video call, during which we agree on the main features of the slabs. These characteristics will be essential for the next phase of the inspection.
DETAILED INSPECTION
During the inspection of the slab, all relevant information are pointed out: sizes, finishing, thickness, planarity and any possible vent are underlined through sketches and hight quality pictures.
THE INSPECTION REPORT
All the information regarding the slab are included in the inspection report which is signed by the client together with order confirmation. This document represents the guarantee that the slab has the declared characteristics, in this way removing any risk for the customer.
The inspection process is a free service which is always appreciated by customers who do not have the possibility to see the slabs in person. Each inspection phase is well studied in order to guarantee the quality of every detail.
